Shipping policy

Shipping to Norway

All shipments are delivered with Bring.

Regular post service is approximately 2-5 business days.

Free shipping in Norway for orders over 1,500nok (Standard delivery).

If you make an order below 1,500 nok, then shipping will cost you 150nok. 

Orders are usually shipped the next business day. During a sales period, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

After completing an order at fefelovalingerie.com you will receive an order confirmation by mail. We will send your order the next work day.

If you have not received any order confirmation from us the order has not been successful. Try again or contact us at fefelovalingerie@gmail.com

Couriers: We will send your order with Bring. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days, depending on your location in Norway. There may be longer delivery in periods where Fefelova Lingerie or Bring have excessive traffic.

Delivery

Your local postal office will send you an SMS when your order is ready for pickup. The postal office will send a reminder if you forget to pick it up. If you fail to collect it within the given date, it will be shipped back to us.

The package will be delivered to your postbox, and you will be notified via SMS or e-mail. If the package does not fit in the postbox or you don't have a postbox, you will also receive an SMS or e-mail from Bring, informing you that the package can be collected from the post office or Post i Butikk.

We don't deliver our items worldwide yet, but we are working on that.
