Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Fefelova Lingerie.

We want you to love your purchase! Returns and exchanges are free and easy for all full-priced bras. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, (ie. the size was not correct or you don’t like the color) we're here to help! You can return it for a full refund.

Returns

Eligible articles can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date you received it. All returns after this will not be accepted. 

We only accept returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original labels and packaging attached items.

However, if you wore your bra once to try out the fit, that’s ok! But the bras should show no signs of wearing and cannot be returned if stretched out or washed. Items may be refused for exchange when not in an acceptable condition.

Due to the intimate nature of the goods and hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on bottoms.

Any items purchased on sale cannot be returned and are deemed a final sale.

Return Instructions:

1) Before proceeding with any return request, please contact our team at  info@fefelovalingerie.com
2) Pack the return item(s) back in the original packaging and include your original receipt
3) Stick the pre-paid return label on the box, making sure to cover all other shipping labels
4) Drop it off at your closest Post Office

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email that your returned item has been received. Once your return is approved, we will credit the amount back to your bank account. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@fefelovalingerie.com.

Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. 

Faulty items

All orders are carefully checked before being shipped. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us at info@fefelovalingerie.com
For faulty items, we offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear that are: 

- Used (even if they have been washed)

- Dirty

- Without original labels

- Without the original packaging

- Damaged (Please read section Damages and issues)

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on bottoms for hygiene reasons.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
